​​Damaged

 

Replacements are offered only for damaged or defective items. If artwork arrives damaged, customers must contact within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. A replacement will be issued for prints, or an appropriate resolution arranged for original works, where applicable​​​. Request a replacement via the contact form. 

Exchanges

* Exchanges are not accepted for original artworks.

Exchanges are accepted for prints within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Request an exchange via the contact form.

 

Please Note:​ Shipping, delivery, and pick-up costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered.

Pickup - King City 

​

Free local pickup is available by appointment from the artist’s studio in King City, Ontario.

Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you’ll receive an email to arrange a convenient pickup time.
All artworks are securely packaged and ready for transport upon collection.

Please note: Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance, and orders should be collected within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery - Canada Only

* Complimentary delivery is available within York Region on the first of every month.

 

Prints:

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding processing time).
Orders are shipped directly from the print shop in Montréal.

 

Paintings:

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (excluding processing time).
Orders are dispatched from the studio in King City, Ontario. Delivery timelines may vary depending on size and destination.

 

Please note:

• Orders shipped via shipping carriers will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
  Orders fulfilled through local delivery will receive tracking updates via email.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are beyond our control and are not our responsibility.

• Oversized or heavy paintings may require more time to package safely. In rare cases, additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-access locations — you will be contacted in advance if this applies.

• For international shipping, please request a custom quote. Requests may be declined based on package size, destination, delivery timeframe, or at our discretion.

Packaging​

​​​

Prints:
Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. To keep costs low, packaging is minimal and drop-shipped directly from the print shop.

​

Original Unstretched Paintings & Limited Edition Prints:
These works are protected in silicone release paper and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.

​

Original Stretched Paintings:
Each stretched paintings is wrapped in silicone release paper, cushioned with biodegradable starch foam, securely boxed in reinforced corrugated box, and finished with biodegradable stretch wrap. 

 

Original Small Works (4"×6",  8"×10" and 9"x12" Unframed/Unstretched):
Small-scale works, such as pieces from the Studio Play Collection, are wrapped in silicone release paper and shipped in rigid mailers or reinforced envelopes.

 Sustainable Packaging

Approximately 95% of all packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable. For acrylic painting, particularly those with texture or gloss—the only material that provides a safe, non-stick barrier without risk of surface damage is silicone release paper, which is not recyclable. As soon as a recyclable, non-stick material suitable for acrylic surfaces becomes available, it will be adopted immediately.

Delivery Notice

Packaging is designed for short-term transport to ensure your artwork arrives safely. We recommend removing the artwork from its box shortly after delivery and allowing it to acclimate to the environment.

Production Time

Prints: All prints are printed to order.

• Open Collection: Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

• Limited Edition Prints: Due to the detailed printing and handling process, production may take 2–4 weeks.

Paintings

• Originals: Ready to ship — no production time required.

• Custom and reproductions: Made to order. Production timelines vary depending on the size, complexity, and current studio schedule. Estimated production time is typically between 4–12 weeks.

Cancellation

​

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not entered production or been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible.

Payment Security

All transactions made on this site are processed securely through Wix Payments or third-party processors like PayPal, depending on your selection at checkout. These systems use:

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. As a small business under the Canada Revenue Agency threshold, sales tax is not collected at this time. Should registration become applicable, future orders will include GST/HST as required by law.
